What is your shipping policy?

All payments for products must be made in full at the time of purchase. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. CITYTYPE is not responsible for any shipping delays or damage that occurs during shipping.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You have 30 days from item delivery to ship this item back to CITYTYPE.

DOMESTIC

CITYTYPE offers free shipping within the United States. Any state-applicable sales taxes will be reflected at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

International fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipments may be subject to additional fees such as VAT, GST & other country-applicable sales taxes that will be reflected at checkout. At the moment, shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine. There are temporary shipping restrictions in place that affect some shipping carriers used by our production partner.


What payment methods do you accept?

CITYTYPE accepts all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. More options coming soon.


Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, CITYTYPE accepts order cancellations within 24 hours of the time you placed your original order. To place an order cancellation request, contact us at info@citytype.art.


Can I request a custom order?

Custom orders and minor adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to the volume of standard orders, we cannot guarantee a custom order will be considered. To inquire about a custom order or commission, contact us at info@citytype.art.


Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we do! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You have 30 days from item delivery to ship this item back to CITYTYPE.


Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

In order to create an efficient & expedient customer experience, we do not publically offer gift wrapping or personalization at this time. However, custom orders and minor adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting us at info@citytype.art.
